Accept Loans and Work-Study

Accept student loans and work-study on Duckweb. Click on: STUDENT MENU→ FINANCIAL AID INFORMATION MENU→ AWARD PACKAGE→ SELECT AID YEAR→ ACCEPT AWARD OFFER

Request the Federal Direct Parent PLUS Loan or the Graduate PLUS loan on Student loans.gov

Eligibility

As a recipient of financial aid you are responsible for the terms of acceptance described in the Eligibility section of our website and you must click I ACCEPT THESE CONDITIONS after you have read and understand all terms and conditions of your award. If you have any questions or concerns, please contact the Office of Student Financial Aid and Scholarships before submitting your award notification.

Options Available for Accepting your Award

  • You may accept the entire loan as you see it by clicking on ACCEPT FULL AMOUNT ALL AWARDS.
  • You may accept or decline any student loan by using the drop down menus under ACCEPT/DECLINE.
  • You may accept any part of a student loan by typing the revised amount in ACCEPT PARTIAL AMOUNT.

Corrections cannot be made online. To make corrections to your award after you have submitted it online, you must either email a request to the Office of Student Financial Aid and Scholarships or submit a written request.

Outstanding Requirements

If you have outstanding requirements, you will be taken to the Eligibility and Requirements page. Review this page carefully. You may have notes to read regarding a particular requirement. If so, you will see an asterisk next to the name of the requirement. Click on DETAILED REQUIREMENT NOTES to review. Most outstanding requirements must be completed prior to the disbursement of financial aid.
