University-Wide Scholarships

University-wide scholarships are offered centrally through the Office of Student Financial Aid and Scholarships.

Admission application due February 15 (incoming transfer, law, and graduate students only), General University Scholarship application due February 20. Letter of recommendation due February 24. Incoming UO students must submit all academic transcripts to Office of Admissions by February 24.

Diversity Excellence Financial need; academic and extracurricular; contribution to the UO's diversity mission Yes

Admission application due January 15 (new students only); Diversity Excellence Scholarship application due January 19. Letter of recommendation due January 27; FAFSA filed by February 1. Incoming UO students must submit academic transcripts to the Office of Admissions by February 15.
