If you have been selected for a process called verification we request that you submit a Verification Worksheet along with appropriate federal tax documents. Complete the worksheet and provide all necessary signatures before you submit it to us. Incomplete forms will be returned to you and may cause a delay in processing your aid application.
- Dependent Verification Worksheet
Use if you were required to provide your parent's information on the 2019–20 FAFSA
- Independent Verification Worksheet
Use if you were required to provide only your and, if you are married, your spouse's information on the 2019–20 FAFSA
Note: additional flexibilities for required verification documents were provided to institutions beginning 1/9/2019 for the 2018-19 and 2019-20 award years. The major difference is the possibility of using signed IRS Tax Returns (e.g. 1040) that were submitted to the IRS, in leu of the IRS Data Retrival Tool (DRT) or IRS Tax Return Transcripts. Additionally, some flexibility was added for verification of non-filing letters for parents of dependents as well as independent students. If you have any questions about verification requirements please contact our office.

Request for a Revision to Financial Aid Award and Budget
Students may have expenses greater than those reflected in the estimated student expenses portion of their financial aid award. We recognize that some situations, if thoroughly documented, justify additional funding within the limits of federal and institutional policy. Students may also wish to revise their aid based on part-time enrollment or update their grade level status mid-year. Learn more about revising your award.
