Legacy Health Scholarships

These scholarships and loan repayments are awarded by Legacy's Foundations and Volunteer Auxiliaries. We're pleased to offer this support, but the specific eligibility guidelines must be followed. Please read the guidelines for each scholarship carefully. We're sorry, but Legacy scholarships are not available for students who don't meet the requirements for school, geographic residence or other criteria. Most scholarships are awarded to students living in Legacy's service area who are entering college and plan a career in health care, and some include invaluable on-the-job experience during the summer months.

AAUW Fellowships and Grants

One of the world’s largest sources of funding for graduate women, AAUW is providing more than $4.3 million in funding for more than 270 fellowships and grants to outstanding women and nonprofit organizations. Due to the longstanding, generous contributions of AAUW members, a broader community of women continues to gain access to educational and economic opportunities — breaking through barriers so that all women have a fair chance. Fellowship and grant recipients perform research in a wide range of disciplines and work to improve their schools and communities. Their intellect, dedication, imagination, and effort promise to forge new paths in scholarship, improve the quality of life for all, and tackle the educational and social barriers facing women worldwide.

Ottinger Employment Lawyers Annual Scholarship Contest

Applicants must be either out-going high school seniors (graduating in the summer of 2022) OR students currently enrolled in a college, university, or trade school as of the start of the Fall 2022 semester. Students are asked to write a 150-300 word essay that addresses the following 2-part prompt: What is the importance of employees’ rights with regard to employment law? What would you like to learn about employee rights?

North American Van Lines 2022 Logistics Scholarship Competition

North American Van Lines, is committed to supporting the community as well as the growth and development of the moving services and logistics industries. We believe education is the best way to ensure our industry has qualified professionals for years to come. Because of this belief, we are proud to announce our first annual Logistics Scholarship contest. Five lucky qualified entrants will each win a $1,000 scholarship towards their degree in logistics or supply chain management at the college or university of their choice.
