Gilman Scholarship

Benjamin A. Gilman Scholarship is awarded to students who are studying abroad and are currently receiving the Pell Grant as part of their federal financial aid. The Gilman Scholarship is up to $5,000 (or up to $8,000 for those studying a critical need language while abroad). The application deadline for summer 2018 and the 2018-19 Academic year (Fall 2018, Winter 2019 and Spring 2019) is: 9:59PM Oregon Time March 6th, 2018.

PNWS-AWWA Scholarships

Once again the Pacific Northwest Section of the American Water Works Association is offering scholarships to students attending schools in our region. These scholarships are intended for students whose major coursework may point them toward a career in the water supply industry. Eligible academic areas include but are not limited to water supply operation/technology, civil or environmental engineering, or public administration/finance. Over the years, over 200 students from Pacific Northwest colleges and universities have received scholarships from this program....

Osher Re-Entry Scholarship

Applications are now being accepted for the Osher Re-Entry Scholarship for the 2018-2019 academic year. The Bernand Osher Re-entry Scholarship is awarded to students who are returning or have returned to pursue their education after a break. Awards are based on academic achievement as well as the achievements of individuals in spite of obstacles (financial, personal, familial, or professional).

OppLoans Student Scholarship

OppLoans helps customers strengthen their financial skills and knowledge. We believe it's important that students understand personal finance too. Our scholarship is open eligibility, essay-based, and is ongoing with four deadlines throughout the year.

In 750 words or fewer, please explain why financial literacy should be important to college students like yourself. This scholarship is awarded four times a year. Upcoming deadlines are September 30, December 31, March 31, and June 30.

Mercer Family Foundation

The Mercer Family Foundation provides scholarships of up to $7,500 for qualified declared math or physics majors.

Sportaton Scholarship

At Sportaton, we are helping people passionate about sports with reviewing the latest sports gear and providing helpful insights for potential customers. We want to help people excel in what they are doing with analyses, like best running shoes for women, and achieving a healthy and meaningful life. Even tough our scholarship is not huge we are trying to make things a little bit easier for students whose cost of attending college or graduating school can rise into tens of thousands of dollars.
