OREA Memorial Scholarship

The Oregon Retired Educators Association has created a scholarship opportunity for any student currently enrolled in post-graduate courses (master's or doctorate) in the field of healthy aging. This criteria can be in the area of public health, scientific advancement, social work, etc. as long as the focus is on seniors and improving quality of life for this population.

Hearts for Hospice Scholarship

In 2022, Hearts for Hospice established a scholarship program for students pursuing a course of study relating to our mission. Eligible majors include: medicine, nursing, gerontology, psychology, social work, and counseling. Applications will open May 1, 2022, and are open to Sophomores, Junior, Seniors, and Postgraduate students. For 2022-2023 academic year, scholarship awards will be limited to students from only these five schools: Bushnell University, Lane Community College, Linn-Benton Community College, Umpqua Community College, and University of Oregon.

The NAACP Hollywood Bureau and Society Awards partnered to offer the NAACP x Society Awards Scholarship. Kaiser Permanente Health Equity Scholars Program

The Kaiser Permanente Health Equity Scholars Program aims to support young leaders who have a demonstrated interest in pursuing a clinical (e.g., pharmacist, physician, practitioner, nurse) or non-clinical (e.g., accounting, business administration, human resources, marketing, public policy) career in the healthcare industry. Cobell Graduate and Undergraduate Summer 2022 Scholarship

SUMMER 2022 Application: Both Merit-based and Need-based, the competitive Cobell Scholarship is annual, non-renewable, and available to any post-secondary (after high school) student who is; an enrolled member of a US Federally-Recognized Tribe, enrolled in full-time study and is degree-seeking. Oregon State Sheriffs' Association Scholarship

The Oregon State Sheriff's Association (OSSA) is accepting applications for a $1,600.00 scholarship, awarded annually to qualified Oregon high school seniors or current college students who intend to pursue an education at a community college or a four-year college/university with a career in a law enforcement field of study.

Last year the Renaissance Scholarship program selected 360 new scholars. Their $4,000 renewable scholarship is open to high-achieving, low-income students who will be the first in their family to earn a Bachelor's Degree.
