CLOSED FOR DROP-IN SERVICE: To comply with the CDC’s recommended social distancing measures, the Office of Student Financial Aid and Scholarships staff is working remotely, and do not have the ability to offer in-person financial aid counseling or accept inbound calls. Office staff are currently available via email at firstname.lastname@example.org from 8:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m., Monday through Friday. Please email your questions and we will get back to you within 1-2 business days.
If you would prefer to speak directly with a financial aid counselor via phone or Zoom, please email us with your request, taking care to leave your contact information and availability and we will be in touch with you shortly to arrange an appointment with you. Thank you for your understanding and we look forward to hearing from you
If you need to submit any outstanding documents, you may upload them to our contact form. You may also mail documents or fax documents to 541-346-1175. Please be sure to label each page with the student’s name and ID number for expedited processing.
Summer Financial Aid
- To receive a summer financial aid offer, you must have the 2019-20 FAFSA on file with our office and be registered at least half-time (6 credits for UG, 5 credits for GR, 3 credits for Law students). Summer financial aid offers are created automatically for students who meet these criteria. From the time that you meet both of these criteria, please allow two weeks to receive a summer aid offer. You will be notified via email.
- If you are expecting a financial aid refund, it will become available beginning the first day of summer classes. Students that do not begin their classes until later in the summer term, will receive their financial aid disbursement once their first summer term class begins.
Fall Financial Aid
- 2020-21 financial aid offers for continuing students will be distributed to returning students who have a 2020-21 FAFSA on file and have completed all outstanding financial aid requirements in DuckWeb, beginning in early July. Students will be notified via email when the 2020-21 offer is available.
If you have questions about the university bill, payment arrangements, charges, or registration holds, please contact the Student Billing department at 541-346-3170 or via email at email@example.com.
